What is the Engineering Club?

So... I promised you answers, and answers you shall get. Before you do, however, I want to make this a little more interesting. You have two choices: you can learn about the club the fun way, or you can click that button below to learn about the club the fast (and slightly boring) way… the choice is yours.

If you want to learn about the club the fun way, here is your first hint: When the sun goes down, you flick me on. You probably use me every day. Click me until I light the way.

So you decided to learn about the club the fast way… well, that's okay—I'm sure you're very busy. A few months ago, I came up with the idea to start an engineering club here at MEA. After all, what better time than a pandemic to start something new? We started in month four, and have been focusing on CAD (Computer-aided Design) so far—the use of computer software to create models and designs (more details about that on the past meetings and projects page). In a few weeks, we plan to move on to arduinos (programmable circuit boards) and circuitry. If any of this sounds interesting to you, feel free to join us in our future meetings to learn more!
